CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
The customer has the right to change their mind and cancel an order within 7 days of receiving the item(s). This should be put in writing to the company (email accepted). The customer must take care of the company’s goods whilst in their possession and ensure that they are returned in pristine condition.

The company will not pay for the customers return postage fee.

Please note that many of the items sold by the company are hand crafted to the customer’s own ‘personal specification’ the company therefore, cannot offer a refund on those products. In the event of the customer receiving faulty, damaged or incorrect orders the product should be posted back to the company along with any packaging and a written explanation.

All deposits taken for Wedding Flowers or Videography are non-refundable.  If full payment has been made, the monies will be returned in full (less the deposit).  In the event that flowers have already been ordered for the customer and paid for by us, the customer will be liable for these costs if any are incurred by Graceful Brides.  This will be at our discretion and the total amount refundable to the customer will be negotiated.

 

TRADE ENQUIRIES (Wedding Jewellery and accessories and Favours only)

15% discount off the normal price is available to wedding companies placing regular orders over £100 per order. 

Handmade goods cannot be changed or altered under the discount scheme. 

Proof of entitlement required.

We issue our trade customers with an invitation to pay via PayPal (secure payment using debit or credit card).

When payment has been cleared we issue customer with a delivery date.

 

DATA PROTECTION
The company will ensure that all its customer details are held in confidence, unless they specifically request we pass on details to other business offering a service required by the customer*.
The company’s website contains links to other websites, pages and services that are operated by third parties. The company does not endorse any of the third parties websites, pages, products or services to which it provides a link and cannot accept responsibility for anything relating to that organisation or individual. *If the customer requests information from any one of the third party advertisers on the company’s website, the company cannot guarantee that the customer’s personal details will be kept confidential. If unsure it is advisable for the customer not to disclose anything.

 

GENERAL
The company’s terms of sale are based upon these written terms and conditions. The customer may continue to place an order with the company only if they have read and are accepting the companies terms and conditions. If the customer has a question about the terms and conditions, they should speak a member of staff, or put their question to the company in writing in advance of the purchase thus, giving the company time to consider the issue and respond to the customer. The terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between the customer and company. This does not affect the customer’s statutory consumer rights.

 

LIMITED LIABILITY AND SAFETY
In no event will the company or any of its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever to either the customer or a third party claimant, for direct or indirect damages, loss, loss of income or replacement costs resulting from a product sold by the company that is miss-used, left un-attended, negligence or any other situation where common user safety should be applied. Examples of safety issues are choking from small parts such as a beads or fire resulting from an un-attended candle. The company’s products are sold on the assumption that the customer will take reasonable care and use the products with safety in mind. The company mainly retails hand crafted decorative items with many small parts, beads, and sequins for a traditional celebration. The company will make every effort to warn the customer about anything it considers being a possible safety issue by either a written notice alongside a product, some products come with a written warning on the packaging or a warning incorporated with/on a dispatch or advice note.

 

Final payments

Weddings - Final payment is due 4 weeks before the wedding. Graceful Brides reserves the right to cancel any wedding flowers, if payment is not made by the due date. We are not obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused.

Funerals and other occasions

Payment is due at the time of ordering.

Contract

A binding contract will be entered into upon receipt of deposit.
All products remain the property of Graceful Brides until paid for in full.

Cancel contract by you

If you cancel your contract with Graceful Brides, your deposit is non-refundable.

 

VIDEOGRAPHY

A booking is only confirmed/reserved once the completed Booking Form has been returned and deposit paid and cleared in our bank. Until that point dates cannot be guaranteed and any deposit received for a date which is no longer available will be retuned in full with no further liability on either party.

Music copyright licence for music used in final edit will be paid for and supplied in the form of a PPL holographic sticker attached to your DVD, included in the package price. Any further copyright licences required for live music at Reception or Church choir/music in the form of MCPS licence will also be obtained and supplied by us.

It is your responsibility to obtain any or all permissions and licences that may be necessary for any location or venue to be used.

The final fee covers all shooting time until end time agreed as per the package chosen (i.e. 8pm). Any hours exceeding this time will be charged @ £100.00 per hour.

We strongly recommend that you take out Wedding Insurance to protect yourselves as some weddings need to be cancelled and our cancellation charges are as follows:
3 months prior to the date – deposit only
3 - 1 month prior to date – 50% total cost plus deposit
1 month to date – 75% total costs plus deposit.

Deposit of £75.00 must be paid with booking and full and final costs must be paid one month prior to event.  No filming will begin until full payment has been made and cleared in our bank.

All cheques must be made payable to GRACEFUL BRIDES. Vat is included in the final costs.
